Cons:

Chả đáng bao nhiêu nhưng không nhất quán trong tính tiền nên mình không thấy thoải mái. Mình ko ăn kẹo nhưng vẫn tính ? Có 3 thanh kẹo bao nhiêu đếm được mà. mình trả pòng trước, lúc trả pòng thì bảo trừ đi, a cứ để stk lại sau bên e ck. Sau về sài gòn hơn 1 ngày, mình pải nhắn lại mới chịu ck. Mà lúc ở ks thì nói khác, giờ ck lại ck thiếu. Rồi lý do này nọ, đến giờ vẫn chưa giải quyết. Nói chung tiền tự mình chủ động ck ngay lúc đầu đến nhận pòng ( ks bảo ck dư luôn cho tròn) uh ok thôi chả sao. Mình thoải mái. Nhưng lúc nhận lại vài đồng thừa thì nói nhăng nói cuội, nói 1 đằng, xong mình về sài gòn hối thì lại làm 1 nẻo.
Về cơ bản các bạn xem lại đi. Nhất quán rõ ràng, trả pòng bàn giao pòng mình còn ngồi chờ để các bạn kiểm tra. Chứ mình về sài gòn rồi các bạn lật bài thì thôi mình chịu

Nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự.

Cons:

Tại sao full phòng, vẫn cho khách đặt trên booking.
Booking nên làm việc lại với tất cả ks ở Việt Nam, khi đã full phòng thì hãy khoá không cho khách đặt, chứ 22h , 23h mà khách còn đi tìm phokgf thì mệt lắm.
