The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Electrically all set up for international visitors, no adaptors required.
The breakfasts (included) were amazing as well as the other food options on the lunch and dinner menu.
The staff were amazing and attentive although not overly so. The pool area was probably just right for the size of hotel with separate areas, some more popular than others. Our room even had our own private sunbathing terrace!
When next in Cape Town this will be our first booking we make!!
Wow wow wow! The team at Glen Boutique are just so friendly and incredible we were so relaxed and looked after. Unfortunately they had a booking scam and they upgraded our room and knocked money off our original price! Just sublime service and a brilliant hotel. Can't wait to go back!
Nothing everything was perfect!
We adore this hotel and cannot imagine visiting South Africa without staying here. From the moment you arrive and are greeted with a glass of fizz to the moment you leave you feel cared for.
We love the decor, all the little touches in the rooms, the turn down service, the pool area, the breakfast is amazing - beautifully laid out with a fantastic array of fruit, pastries, yoghurts, smoothies, breads, cheeses etc and then the cooked breakfast.
Mark and the team ensure every guest feels special - the staff are fantastic.
This is a very special place and one we will always return to.

An incredible hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the food is outstanding (especially the breakfast wrap, which was honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had!). We couldn’t recommend The Glen highly enough and can’t wait to come back!
It was clean and it’s was a peaceful setting
The staff, we made a booking for the sauna and steam room for 6pm. They phone me and asked if I can move it to 7 I said we going for dinner we will do 20:30 when we arrive back at the hotel. The sauna and steam room was not even put on. The jacuzzi was ice cold as well. Which would have been nice if we could use the steam room. When my husband went and chatted to them about it. They asked him to leave the hotel. Which we paid for already.
All the staff were so friendly and attentive.
The pool could do with heating
Absolutely loved it here. The hotel itself was really nicely decorated, everything was spotless and every single member of staff went out of their way to be as helpful and friendly as possible. The food we had was all delicious across breakfast, lunch and dinner and there were lovely little touches such as complimentary ice cream by the pool one afternoon, G&T's, post dinner drinks etc. We would definitely return when coming to Cape Town.
