The room was comfortable, clean the turn down service was 👌🏼, the food the staff excellent.

Cons:

Our room didn’t have extraction fan or it was either not working properly, but overall I can’t fault anything else.

Perfect Location & Atmosphere

The hotel is situated in a perfect, quiet position right near the Seapoint seaside. It offers the ideal balance of tranquility while being steps away from the water.

Unmatched 5-Star Customer Care

From the very first welcome until the final moment of my stay, the customer care was flawless. The staff is exceptionally kind, professional, and always available. What truly sets this team apart is their attention to detail; they anticipate needs before you even realize you have them.

Culinary Excellence

Breakfast: A fantastic spread. Between the high-quality buffet and the delicious warm breakfast options, it is the perfect way to start the day.

Restaurant: The hotel restaurant is a destination in itself with delicious, refined choices.

Rooms & Turndown Service

The rooms are wonderful—spacious, impeccably clean, and very quiet. I particularly appreciated the evening turndown service; returning to a room specifically prepared for a "good night" added that extra touch of luxury that makes a long-term traveler feel at home.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and service in a quiet location.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated hotel with a lovely dining terrace and lounging areas around the pools. Excellent service from the friendly and welcoming staff.
Lovely choice of food for breakfast. We were fortunate to be in room 6, a deluxe room with a private balcony and views of the Lion’s Head from both the balcony and through the skylight window which was wonderful to wake up to.
We didn’t have time to try any of the spa treatments, but certainly would on a future return visit.

Superb hotel; even better staff!
Pros:

The location and facilities were great, as was the breakfast. However, the best part about this hotel was without a doubt the staff. They could not have done more to be accommodating to us, but also spent time chatting to us, telling us all about life in South Africa - we loved learning more about the country. They also spoke very highly of the management and ownership of the hotel and it was great to hear about the ethical practices of the owner.

Nothing could have improved our stay.

Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten 6 Nächte im Hotel und waren begeistert vom Personal, das äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend war aber auch die gepflegte und ansprechende Poollandschaft und Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und zusätzlich konnten wir uns ein Frühstück von der Karte bestellen. Das Zimmer wurde zweimal täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
