Made our week in Capetown feel safe and happy.
Pros:

The staff every single person was amazing. So friendly so helpful. The location for us was perfect we walked daily to the waterfront it was self contained so we prepared most meals except our incredible included breakfast - that was spectacular

Interesting stay at mixed-use hotel/office building in central Waterkant.
Pros:

The location was very central and close to the V&A. Great for catching Ubers to the city etc..
However it was also located near a homeless shelter so the main gate had to be locked at 7pm. This meant that a rear entrance to the building had to be used with a darkish passage to navigate.
The coffees and breakfast served with the all-in rate, were very good.

Cons:

The set up of our bathroom was odd. There was very little space between the basin and the opening of the shower so one had to wedge into the shower sideways.
The noise of the pumps for the toilets was unexpected.
The beds were very soft. I prefer a firmer mattress.
There were only 3 coffee pods made available for 2 people for 3 days. I thought these could have been replenished.
