atendimento muito bom, local limpo e muito bonito, café da manhã maravilhoso
o exaustor de banheiro intermitente é ruidoso, e a noite vc escuta o funcionamento dos outros quartos. A janela tbm não abre, não da pra olhar pra fora ou ventilar o quarto.
Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Нам нравится то что в нем всего пара десятков номеров, все они находятся на втором ( first floor) Номера разного размера, есть побольше с мини кухней, в них более комфортно. Стильный дизайн номеров и общественных зон создает настроение. Местоположение отеля очень удобное, персонал работает замечательно. С моей точки зрения соотношение цена/качество в отеле оптимальное.
Вход в отель с недавних пор только со стороны паковки, ворота которой вечером закрыты. Для того, чтобы попасть в отель нужно проходить фактически через служебный вход через ресепшен офисного центра, расположенного в том же здании. Это выглядит странно и не очевидно для тех, кто не знает. Не говоря уже о том, что в том же здании есть прекрасный courtyard с приятным рестораном с террасой и парой магазинов. раньше можно было попасть в отель через courtyard но теперь вход со стороны двора закрыт. Это не удобно и не красиво.

What a wonderful staycation at the Old Foundry Hotel. I merely wanted a place to stay nearby an event I had in town as it was finishing late but this was even better than I had expected. Upon arrival, every staff member was attentive and kind. Carlos gladly assisted my luggage as my room was a little bit of a walk- he was also kind enough to walk me and show me where the “after hours” entrance was as I wanted to ensure the uber dropped me safely at the correct entrance after my event. Tafa was another incredible staff member who gave me a room tour and had such a beautiful energy about her. The staff all seemed to really take pride in their roles. Constantly being addressed by name by all the front desk staff was appreciated too. The location is very central if you’re a tourist wanted to explore the city. The suite I stayed in was a decent size for the city! It was extremely clean, had all of the amenities one would need. Breakfast included was excellent, I had the vegan bagel (I’m not vegan but it was like a leveled up avocado toast which is usually my go to) -it was really good! I would gladly return. PS- the whatsapp group with reception staff in was really helpful as you can request any information or something to be sent to the room and they are very quick to respond.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great. About a 10-12 min walk to the V&A waterfront. Car parking was secure overnight as gates to the road were locked.
Hotel is very dark and had lots of steps up to the room no lift but the staff were helpful and offered to carry bags.
