Great place to stay, touristy, vibey and very comfortable.
Pros:

I loved how close this hotel is to the V&A. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Safe parking and all in all a great place to stay.

Nothing, all very good and a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, great value. Has all you need.
Pros:

Excellent value for the location in Cape Town.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Characterful building with only a few “hotel” rooms - mostly shared working space.
Comfortable bed and good size bathroom/ shower.

Cons:

Kitchenette a bit small but adequate tea and coffee making facilities and milk in fridge.

Pros:

Great location and reception staff helpful. Fab building but rooms need upgrading.

Cons:

Rooms need refurbishing. They look really tired and grubby. Also breakfast staff are slow at serving and not happy!

Great location from which to explore the waterfront.
Pros:

Handy location for the waterfront - and good value for Cape Town. Stylish place.

Cons:

Maybe a bit soulless - and with a lot of space given over to conference/meeting facilities. Bit of a challenge finding entrance to car parking !

Pros:

Adoramos o estilo do hotel e os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais, nós receberam com late checkin (1h da madrugada). O café da manhã é ótimo! Experimentamos várias opções do menu, e todas deliciosas. Cama confortável e quarto espaçoso. Bom serviço de lavanderia.

Cons:

O hotel tem sistema de bombeamento que faz um barulho ao usar o chuveiro ou sanitário. Havia alguns mobiliários quebrados e o secador de cabelo disponibilizado não era possível ser usado pois não entrava em nenhuma tomada.
Quanto a entrada no hotel durante a noite, nós acostumamos no primeiro dia, mas realmente precisa entrar pelos fundos e pode não ser tão fácil.
