I stay there regularly due to the location, but the staff always seem offhand or rude.
Pros:

Clean, tidy quiet rooms.

Cons:

Grumpy staff at breakfast, rudely demanding breakfast payment before they gave you a plate and cup. No Orange juice at breakfast, you had to pay extra at the bar !!

The mold in the bathroom walls, the spider webs everywhere, the broken window so it was hard to ventilate, the shit ventilation in the bathroom.
The dirty glass at dinner. (Between that I’m trying to figure out where my viral illness has come from).
The loudness of the hallways and the kids they let frig about in the car park (sounded like fighting at first)

Location great in centre of Coleshill- bus to city outside hotel . Friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast . Having to collect crockery from reception for breakfast - waiting while people checked out . Cooked breakfast good but
No fruit / yoghurt / fruit juice and no tongs for handling bread.

Everything. The location, the inside, the car park…the reception was in a pub, the staff were rude and unreasonable. Not friendly at all. We had a horrendous experience
