Nette schone kamer, en een prima bed.
Het was ongelooflijk warm op de kamer, maar ook elders in het hotel.
Nice staff
It’s clean
Very good value for money, had all we needed and nice to eat on site and have entertainment. close to our event in NEC. Staff nice. Good parking
Rooms were small but fine for what we needed nothing to complain about
Plenty of parking on site behind the venue. Frontage opens out onto high street so very easy to go out. Breakfast was well cooked.
I felt the cold drink options for breakfast were lacking compared to other places. No lifts.
breakfast was excellent. Big rooms.
public areas need TLC
The gentleman at the bar in the morning at checkout/breakfast was lovely and helpful.
At no point was it communicated that the carvery was closed down at 8pm when we booked a reservation for 19:40, or when we were seated, and that this meant half the menu was unavailable. The wifi doesn’t reach the hotel rooms and is barely functional even in the bar. The higher floor rooms were incredibly hot. The beds are rock hard. The toilet in our room had a faulty flush causing the cistern to run. No cold drink options included in the breakfast.
The room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was a buffet style which was well presented with cereals and toast available, carvery available every evening.
Location was great
I booked a double room for myself and my girlfriend, however when we got there the room was 2 single beds. As you can imagine this was not ideal for our night away together.
Friendly staff. Comfy and quite room. And the food was great.
Big pot hole to the car park. Be warned.
excellent comfortable room but too warm ( in the circumstances not surprising as we were in the middle of a heat wave!) We did have a small fan which helped. Breakfast was very good value but with no healthy options.
temperature of room . The pub lacked atmosphere
Friendly staff, stayed during a heatwave was 34 degrees and room was ridiculously hot which can't be helped, the staff found us a extra fan for my daughter who has epilepsy to try keep her cool
Location
No proper beer
Stayed here overnight, prior to our flight from Birmingham Airport. Save dashing down the M6 on the morning of our flight.
Rooms were spotless and very comfy, well proportioned. Great food and drink at The Swan, and excellent breakfast in the morning. Took all the stress away, of getting to the Airport on time.
Nothing, all good.
