Minha experiência infelizmente não foi positiva.

Logo no check-in, o atendimento na recepção foi bastante desconfortável. O recepcionista, que aparentava ser o proprietário ou responsável, iniciou a conversa perguntando de forma intimidadora se eu havia feito a reserva pelo Booking. Ao confirmar que sim, ele demonstrou insatisfação e comentou que eu deveria chamá-lo pelo WhatsApp na próxima vez para evitar a taxa da plataforma. Essa abordagem foi constrangedora e pouco profissional para um hóspede que acabou de chegar.

Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei um odor muito forte vindo do banheiro, aparentemente retornando do ralo. Como minha estadia seria de apenas uma noite e considerando a forma como fui atendido na recepção, preferi não solicitar troca de quarto para evitar mais desconforto.

A localização e a estrutura podem atender a necessidade de quem busca algo simples para uma noite, mas a experiência de atendimento e a condição do quarto deixaram uma impressão negativa.

Infelizmente, não pretendo me hospedar novamente.
