A cama é maravilhosa, enorme, funcionários atenciosos e gentis, ambiente limpo e com a cama bem feita, café da manhã bem completo.
Não tinha frigobar no quarto, como não servia jantar foi meio ruim.
A Localização é fácil acesso na entrada da cidade, mas em geral é o que tem de melhor.
Quarto que reservei era sem frigobar, acho quer isso deveria estar mais claro na reserva, partindo de um pressuposto que isso é bastante importante para estadias de mais de um dia. Me informaram na recepção que teria uma taxa de 18 reais para trocar de quarto, o que era mais ou menos a diferença que eles mesmo cobram na diária. ( No hotel a diária para um quarto sem frigobar era 179, com frigobar 194) Porém na saída me cobraram 76 reais, aos quais contestei e por fim deram desconto, porém o atendente foi bem grosseiro.
