Pros:

The king-size bed and bedding were very comfortable and the room and en- suite bathroom were spacious.
There was fresh milk available and a small fridge. The towels were large and fluffy. The view from the dining room was lovely over the river and the cooked breakfast was very good. Although it was an inn, it was very quiet after about 9pm.

A welcoming, comfortable place to stay within easy reach of beautiful coast and countryside.
Pros:

We spent 3 nights at The Finnygook Inn in July in a superior room. Erica, Sandra and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They were helpful, welcoming, and friendly - in Erica's case, even before we arrived. The view from our very large, well-equipped and comfortable room, was stunning. We looked out over the rooftops of some village houses and had an uninterrupted view of the River Tamar, and a sweeping view of inland Cornwall, Dartmoor and Plymouth. The food was good, to very good. It's very close to the coast and perfect for day trips to local beaches and places of interest. The building is architecturally un-prepossessing - don't be put off. Everything else was just great! We'd definitely stay again.

Cons:

We should have stayed longer.

Amazing stay with great hospitality.
Pros:

We had a great stay here. We even got upgraded to a bigger room. As we were walking the south coast path this accommodation was perfect for us. The dinner at the pub was great and portions were big and good quality. We can recommend this place!
