VERY BAD! LOUD FIGHTS BETWEEN PROSTITUTES IN HOTEL!

Twice a month i visit the city because of work reasons and choose this hotel because of its price offer value, just what you need for a fair price.
HOWEVER i must say the last 2 times have been a total disaster ! Groups of people in the rooms making extreme noise at 3 am and fights between woman at the corridors with things being thrown . The first time there was a staff member to reach out too ( there is inly 1 person in charge at night) , the second time NO ONE answering the phone it was even necessary to call the police . It is UNACCEPTABLE that as a guest who payed you are not allowed to sleep and that there is NO ONE answering the phone when there is an emergency. Was putting the complaint with the guy in charge in the morning...
