Pros:

Amazing room! Really spacious. Nice balcony looking out onto Paddy fields. Nice and quiet AC unit. The bed was perfect. The host was really helpful and great communication the whole time.

Cons:

Slightly noisy due to the proximity of the road.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The room was big, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The views of the fields was gorgeous, so much wildlife to watch form the balcony.

The best thing about Mango Shade is the hospitality from the owners. A young husband and wife who welcome you in to their home. The home cooked breakfast is amazing and well worth having. Thank you for having us!!!

Pros:

This stay was a amazing! We loved the location, perfectly in between all the places we wanted to see and not in a loud area. The views from the balcony were amazing and gave us access to some really sweet nature.
The family is so sweet and made us feel very welcome. A/c worked great and so did hot water.

Cons:

The wifi could be a bit spotty but that was the only downside.

Pros:

The place was clean and super comfortable. The family was welcoming and caring. Location is a bit far from Hiriketyia but with scooters it’s not a problem at all

We booked quite late, but this was no problem. We were welcomed by the friendly hostess, and she showed us the room.

The room was spacious and clean.

Although very minor, the light(s) from the fuse box were illuminating the room.

Pros:

We stayed here for three nights and would definetly come back again. Rooms are clean, big and theres a lot of natural light because of the large windows. Bed is super comfy and the staff is amazing. We really connected with Kaveesha and she and her family are really helpful and generous.

Pros:

Of all the places we have stayed, this has been our favorite. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. The owners helped us with information and good recommendations, the family is a 10. The breakfast is exquisite, fresh and made with love. You can also dine there, if you ask them. They are always available for a conversation and to help you with whatever you need. If I came back, I would stay there without a doubt.

The place itself is cozy, impeccably clean, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—it truly feels like a home away from home. But the real highlight is the host! Not only are they incredibly attentive and accommodating, but they also happen to be an amazing chef who genuinely loves cooking. They offer to cook meals for guests, and trust me, you do not want to pass up the chance! This is hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and unique getaway!
