Pros:

Great Sri Lankan breakfast, big comfortable bed in our villa. Good value.

Cons:

Aircon was cold but the fan did not blow very strong. Construction in the morning and loud dog. If you like waking up early to surf before everyone it is great

Pros:

Cama cómoda. El desayuno estaba muy bueno

Cons:

Al lado de la habitación estaban construyendo y se cortaba el agua varias veces al día, y cuando íbamos a pedirles que lo volvieran a encender nos dejaban un rato esperando. Mucho ruido alrededor, el suelo del cuarto estaba sucio cuando llegamos y en general todo el jardín lleno de cosas de construcción.

En billig overnatning på god beliggenhed som giver udtryk for at være mere, end det er.

God beliggenhed og dejlig morgenmad.

Cons:

Værelset var meget mørkt. Der er ikke varmt vand i bruseren, og kludetæpperne på gulvet trænger til at blive vasket.
På booking.com er der listet en lang række faciliteter på dette sted - mange af disse eksisterer ikke f.eks. badekåber, underholdning, livemusik, filmaften etc., og legepladsen er en enkelt rutchebane.

(I februar 2026 er der byggeri både på matriklen og på grunden bagved)

Beide Strände waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt. Für den Preis und eine Nacht jedoch vollkommen ausreichend.

Super poloha ubytování. Výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Bohužel provádí rekonstrukci, což pro jednu chatku znamená dělníky na terásce a hluk i o víkendu ráno.
V lednici jsme našli starý jogurt.

Quarto modesto no centro de Hirikitiya
Pros:

Localizado no centro, chega facilmente a ambas as praias.
Simpatia da mãe e da filha.
Darem-me um quarto em baixo, pois tinha uma mala grande e pesada

Cons:

Não tem água quente. Não tem muito bom aspeto nem cuidado (é bem modesto, o que já sabia que seria mas não esperava tanto). Não tem tomada/adaptador para inglês ou europeu. O colchão não era confortável. Não sei se as almofadas foram mudadas.... Não estava à espera de luxo e sabia que seria modesto, mas no Sri Lanka paguei igual ou menos por muito melhores condições. No Booking não tem fotos do quarto nem casa de banho por isso vou deixar para saberem ao que vão.

Great little spot!
Pros:

I loved the garden, the breakfast, the staff, and the value for money. The woman was so friendly and the food was seriously good I thought! The room was spacious and well laid out, with plugs, shelves for your luggage and belongings, and plugs in good places, as well as a fan and mosquito net.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise at night from the bar opposite and the construction next door. Not their fault though, and noise is a problem all over Hiri. Every bar pumps out rubbish music late into the night. If I was their neighbour running a hotel I would definitely complain though. They were playing loud music even when they had 0 customers. The rooms could be cleaned better - the fan in my room was covered in gunk. It would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put things. They burn all rubbish including plastics in the garden every day so if there is a fire avoid the smoke!

Lage wirklich super, da es auf dem Hügel genau zwischen Hiriketiya Beach und Dickwella Beach liegt.
Frühstück abwechslungsreich
Preis-Leistung stimmt für Hiriketiya

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft durften wir zuerst die Barthaare unseres Vorgängers aus dem Becken im Badezimmer putzen.
WLAN funktionierte nur ausserhalb des Zimmers oder bei geöffneter Türe.
Hundegebell hielt uns mehrere Stunden in der Nacht wach.
Der Gartenbereich sieht aus als wäre er noch in Konstruktion
Bett sehr hart und nur kaltes Wasser
