Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit schönem, sauberen Zimmer und gutem Frühstück. Pool, Liegen und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, schön und liegt am Fluss. Nachtessen war gut und preislich okay. Ganzes Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und es herrscht eine gute Stimmung. Wir waren angenehm überrascht und haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Lärm von den Autos hat uns gar nicht gestört, denn nachts war es einigermaßen ruhig.

De se faire comprendre,très difficile quand on ne maîtrise pas bien l'espagnol et l'anglais

Pas très varié manque certains ingrédients que l'on retrouve dans presque tous les hôtels : confiture, beurre,bread...

Cons:

Les chambres minuscules pas de place pour les valises une salle de bain où on doit presque enjamber le wc pour aller à ma douche
la climatisation hs on a du changer de chambre mais cette nouvelle chambre donnait sur la rue très bruyante avec un passage régulier de camions
Une des serveuses était très peu aimable
J’ai été débité de ma carte de crédit de plus de 275 usd en trop (régularisation s’est faite dans les deux jours suivants)

L’hôtel est très bien passé. Belle piscine. Les chambres sont agréables et propres

Cons:

La musique live le soir jusque tard peut déranger les personnes qui souhaitent dormir avant 23h. La chambre était très humide par contre l’hôtel avait mis un déshumidificateur qui est une bonne chose. mais nous n’avons pas compris tout de suite qu’il s’agissait de cela et il était tellement bruyant et donc impossible de dormir avec. La personne présente au petit déjeuner est très désagréable même si nous étions une famille avec enfants. Les propositions du petit déjeuner sont limitées et celui ci n’est pas très consistant.

Comfortable sunbeds, air conditioning. Nice pool. Close to lots of good restaurants and the beach.
Decor. Good shower.

Cons:

Lacked a fridge and a safe which we had in most other hotels. This was the most expensive place we stayed but not the best. No drawers to store clothes.

A Truly Magical Stay
Pros:

This place is magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff made the experience incredibly memorable—they’re warm, welcoming, and clearly take pride in creating a special atmosphere for guests. The whole property has such a cool, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment.

The location is fantastic, and the hotel has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the killer complimentary breakfast each morning—such a great way to start the day.

A particularly memorable moment was when the grounds crew, who were landscaping during our stay, grabbed fresh coconuts right from the trees and opened them for us. It was such a thoughtful and unique touch.

And having Spike the dog roaming around was an unexpected bonus—he definitely added to the charm of the place.

All around, an unforgettable stay. We’d happily come back. 🌴

Bien pour 1 étape d'une nuit
Pros:

Jolie piscine et accès à pied au front de mer.
Chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses et propres.

Cons:

Bruyant car route nationale à proximité et restaurant avec sono forte jusqu'à 21h.
Sur le site il était mentionné chambre avec vue ocean et c'est en fait vue sur le rio qui se jette à l'océan !!

Exhilarating
Pros:

We always stay at the Rio Linda on our way to Puerto Jimenez where we have a place. It’s the perfect stop over.. nice swim, comfortable rooms and beautiful sunset. We’ve stayed there for years and have always felt right at home.

Pros:

I had a good sleep despite of being located next to the main road. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

It might not be place for you if you prefer a quiet place as there could be noise from the bar (visitors and live music) - but it stopped before 10 p.m.

A beautiful quaint hotel resort right at the entrance to the beach town Dominical.
Pros:

Park the car and walk to beach, shops & restaurants or just stay by the pool , garden & bar! Great international vibe, wonderful typical breakfast included, live music at open air bar/restaurant both nights we stayed. Nice pool area, not crowded at all!
Short 20 min drive to Marino Ballena National Park.

Cons:

Road and traffic noise from road directly behind the hotel.

Pros:

We love the vibe at Rio Lindo.The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food delicious and the location is excellent. Even though its near the highway, its very quiet. At night the music at bar next door can be a bit noisy but they quieted down by 10 pum We will return!
