Gemiste kans
Pros:

Deze boeking werd geannuleerd. Dit kreeg ik te horen toen ik toevallig zelf het hotel belde voor vertrek van huis. Vervolgens kon ik zelf op zoek naar vervangende accomodatie. Daar kan ik natuurlijk niet positief over oordelen.

Cons:

Snel een simpele mail of SMS aan alle betrokkenen was fijn geweest. Dit kan zowel het hotel of Booking.com doen. (Vb: Let op er is iets gewijzigd)
In de veronderstelling dat alles al geregeld en ook betaald was wilde ik vertrekken. Vervolgens toch weer de stress van zelf moeten bellen met Booking.com en zelf op zoek moeten naar vervangende accomodatie.
Gelukkig lukte dat nog. Maar dit had vlotter gekund..

Zeer goede locatie bij haven Bieschbos
Pros:

Locatie, bed, keukentje, douche.

Aangenaam verblijfshotel gelegen in een mooie omgeving.
Pros:

Prima en gevarieerd ontbijt. Het hotel is modern van interieur en bood alle comfort. Gratis parking binnen de accomodatie. Restaurants op wandelafstand.
Pluspunt: bij het uitchecken werd een fles wijn aangeboden. Een zeer sympathiek en gewaardeerd gebaar!

Cons:

Te weinig ophangmogelijkheid voor handdoeken. Lawaaierige kraan. Defect nachtlampje.

L’emplacement est très bien personnel, très accueillant, la chambre spacieuse est très propre. Tout était nickel.
