Pour commencer les photos ne correspondaient pas avec la chambre . Nous avions réservé une option avec chauffe eau , surprise en arrivant le chauffe eau était inexistant et les photos des décorations ne correspondaient pas avec la chambre .
Chambre pas nettoyée (sachets de shampooing ouverts et sac de noix de coco en haut d’un placard), sol entièrement collant , odeur de parfum étouffante (sûrement pour couvrir les mauvaises odeurs qui remontent des écoulements de la salle de bain). Murs défraîchis sauf derrière les lits (parfait pour les photos de booking),placards avec peinture qui s’écaille ….
Cuvette des WC non fixé , robinet rouillé et défectueux, pas de fontaine d’eau branchée (coûte cher l’électricité ;) donc pas d’eau fraîche en journée ou chaude le matin pour faire son café )….linge de lit taché…serviette de bain qui s’apparente à des torchons…..fenêtre qui ne verrouille pas et barreaux de défense ouvert (bizarrement ,pas rassurant)
Une escroquerie , comme jamais rencontré en un mois aux philippines…..

The hotel feels severely understaffed—it’s almost always a one-man show, which makes it hard for them to accommodate guests properly. We arrived around 8 PM (well past their usual 1–3 PM check-in window), but upon checking out just 10 minutes past noon, we were still charged an extra fee. Flexibility seems to be lacking here. On top of that, the staff openly complained to us about the owner, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, service and management need a lot of improvement.

Water Shower was slow, only one coffee was prepared, and the tv was hard to operate.

The staff ask me to add 300 pesos on top of the price in the booking I made and told me for additional 100 per hour if we didn't check out on time and every minutes count.

They ask us to leave the key room at the counter every time we go out and that's fine what is not is they don't keep it in the safe place when we come back the key is still there where they asked me to leave and it is not safe it is easy to open of someone of with bad intention.

We booked the place because we're tight on budget but since it's a little bit far in the boulevard we cost a lot for riding on a trike.

Dust everywhere, a lot of ants and cockroaches. Clog in the sink and stink every time I use it. No tissue, no bottled drinking water but theres a service water dispenser for drinking on the 3rd floor but not plug on so you can't get cold or hot, there a note there to unplug the dispenser after use but what's funny is you plug the dispenser to get hot or cold and leave for few minutes to get hot/cold but when you come back they unplug it so ending no hot nor cold water to get so if you want to have coffee... Have coffee outside

However, I think there’s room for improvement in a few areas. The cleanliness could be better; the place wasn’t as thoroughly cleaned as I expected, and more attention should be given before new guests arrive. The shower wasn’t working well, and the TV could also use an upgrade or maintenance.

With some improvements, this place could be much better.

You cannot bring key cards and have to leave it to the receptionist. Okay lang sana kaso they are understaff. You have to buzz and wait for couple of minutes to get your key card back. We stayed on the third floor yet dinig na dinig kung may mag ba buzz (Masakit sa tenga). Dont expect too much on the entertainment, their television is merely functional. Im not sure if lahat, pero the water in dumaguete smells rusty.

Staff id not accomodating
The rules are not clearly stated and the forms they wanted us to sign is not visible it only photo copied but nit clear it was very stressful to sign any agreement when i myself havent read the contract.all i undersdand is if you break anything/damage,il have to pay..every word they say is all about paying no consideration at all.. so we opt not to use anything since their things are mostly not usable..we return the remote bz its broken..were afraid that we might be charge of it..
