Not happy moved to Manhattan nice room 10$ more

I book for 6 nights. I stay one night. No fridge no towel no toilet paper. No breakfast untill 9.

Oda kirliydi ve her şey kırık döküktü. Havlular eskmiş ve kirliydi. Havluları değlştirmelerini istediğimizde bizden extra ücret talep ettiler. Banyodaki ısıtıcı çalışmıyor , su soğuk akıyordu ve basıncı çok düşüktü. Çalışanlar müşteri ile ilgilenmiyorlar.

The room was dirty and everything was broken. The towels were worn and soiled. When we asked them to change the towels, they charged us extra. The heater in the bathroom wasn't working, the water was cold, and the pressure was very low. The staff were indifferent to customer service.

Not clean great location
Pros:

The location is good near the pier and cheap.

Cons:

Facilities are great but unhygienic, it wasn't cleaned and i find it dirty. Honestly and by far, this is my worst hotel booking. Maybe staff are underpaid or the owner doesn't check that's why the CR is quite gross. My observation is that the lady staff highly entertains male guests.

The place is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating.
Pros:

I did not expect that my room would have a rice cooker, an electric heater, a microwave oven, and a dish rack with more than enough utensils for me. It was awesome. And the murals were amazing. The place is so artsy. I love the vibe. And it's just walking distance from Silliman and other eateries.
