Cons:

The room was not cleaned up to the standards as we are paying around 2.3k + tax for one night stay. Coz we have been to other hotels in kochi for around the same rate and the cleanliness was way better with sufficient bathroom amenities and mineral water bottles.
The bedsheet which was provided had stains on it and the blanket was a cheap one.
The only suggestion I am concerned about is the value for money which they are not providing for that amount we are paying as compared to other hotels in kochi.

That ladie receptionist are so misbehavior and no Manner's on customers. And not cleaned bathrooms. Window's are not maintainsed (room no 305)
