Un séjour calme et proche de la mer, au top!
Pros:

Des travaux ont été effectués et l’hôtel est maintenant moderne, lumineux avec un bel espace extérieur.
Le personnel est sympa et la plage est à 2 mn à pied.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus raffiné et plus varié de jour en jour.

Отличное расположение и приветливый персонал.
Pros:

Расположение отеля великолепное. Доброжелательный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. В начале поездки я порвала связки на ноге и в отеле мне любезно предоставили инвалидное кресло. Это было очень кстати. Всегда можно было взять лед для моей ноги. Обязательно приеду сюда снова!

Все было хорошо.

Mon séjour était très agréable

L’ensemble du personnel était très agréable. Au moment de mon séjour l’hôtel était en rénovation et malgré cela je n’ai subit n
aucun inconvénient.
j’ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de la piscine, je souhaite une belle saison à l’ensemble de l’équipe

Agridulce

Si, un poco antiguas las habitaciones

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue agridulce. Las instalaciones estaban bien , pero el trato recibido en recepción al llegar dejó mucho que desear. Llegamos alrededor de las 21:30 y la recepcionista comentó varias veces, de forma poco profesional, que no había podido cenar ,que en todo el día lo mismo porque no paraban de llegar clientes. Incluso le entró una llamada mientras hablaba por teléfono, hizo un comentario diciendo que “por culpa de esta gente” no podía cenar tranquila, refiriéndose a los huéspedes que estábamos llegando.

Lo más sorprendente fue que parecía pensar que no hablábamos español o no sé qué se le pasó por la cabeza para hacer ese tipo de comentarios delante de nosotros.

Entendemos que trabajar de cara al público puede ser cansado, pero los clientes no tienen la culpa y este tipo de actitudes generan una sensación incómoda y poco agradable nada más llegar.

Per un relax all'insegna del bel mare e spiaggia bianca
Pros:

Si trova vicino alle spiagge più belle dell'isola e un mare turchese e cristallino.
Camera di dimensioni adeguate per una coppia, anche se io viaggiavo da sola. Pur non avendo un balcone hanno strutturato la finestra con una modalità che permette di stendere un asciugamano col costume.
Colazione a buffet piuttosto completa sia di salato che dolce.
L'hotel si trova proprio vicina a 2 spiagge fra le più belle dell'isola e anche di fronte c'è una spiaggetta carina.
Staff disponibile e gentile. Capiscono italiano e una ragazza gentilissima lo parla benissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo essendo in fase di ristrutturazione (conclusione a breve), il ristorante non era aperto per cui non ho potuto usufruire della cena. Per fortuna c'era un hotel accanto con il ristorante, dove ho potuto cenare qualche volta. Infatti l'Hotel si trova in una zona bella per le spiagge, ma isolata dai paesi, per cui se non si ha un'auto noleggiata, dopo una certa ora il servizio di bus non arriva. Es Pujoles è piuttosto vicino ma la strada per raggiungerlo è completamente al buio., quindi pericolosa sia a piedi, che in bici e forse anche con scoter

Très bon accueil, très bien situé je cherchais du calme je l'ai trouvé... je suis aussi partie en Octobre.

Cons:

Un point uniquement, j'ai signalé plusieurs fois un téléphone défectueux dans ma chambre d'hôtel qui a sonné plusieurs fois sans raison. J'ai trouvé que ça manquait un peu de réactivité de leur côté sachant que ce n'était pas dramatique mais ça m'a quand même réveillé à des heures inopinées... j'ai fini par le débrancher moi même pour ne plus être dérangée. Après je leur ai aussi demander de la glace et une couverture au milieu de la nuit parce que j'étais malade, je suis descendue à l'accueil j'ai tout de suite trouvé quelqu'un qui a été très réactive 😊
