La ubicación, muy cerca del centro de es pujols y playas cercanas a ses illetes
Lo único malo fue el olor a tubería que provenía de unas instalaciones contiguas a nuestra habitación

Colazione
Il profumo di pulito quando si entra in camera, la struttura rinnovata nelle parti comuni (io ero a Lago II che era distaccato dal corpo centrale, ma comunque ordinato e pulito). La colazione buona senza eccedere in cose elaborate. Letti comodi, cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani.
La doccia un po' stretta ( se uno è un po' cicciottello fa fatica). La spiaggia prospiciente purtroppo non eccezionale per la presenza di posidonia ma acqua cristallina, consiglio di spostarsi alla spiaggia di levante o les illetes, abbastanza vicine.

We had a wonderful stay at Lago Playa Formentera and were genuinely very happy with the experience.
The location is fantastic, peaceful and beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is exactly what you hope for when staying in Formentera. The hotel felt relaxed, well looked after and very pleasant throughout our stay.
A special mention also has to go to the breakfast, which was excellent. The quality was much better than we expected, with a very good selection and everything fresh and well presented. It was a really enjoyable way to start the day.
I would also particularly like to mention the young cleaner who looked after our area. She had blue eyes and was incredibly nice, polite and friendly every time we saw her. She was always smiling, respectful and professional, and she helped make our stay even more pleasant. People like her really make a difference to the overall experience of a hotel, so I hope the management passes on our thanks to her.
Everything was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful.
We left with a very positive impression and would happily return. Lago Playa is a lovely place to stay in Formentera and somewhere we would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing really helpful.
The bed in one of the rooms Was very squeky so I couldn't sleep. Went to the reception 3x the first day and at the end we got a different room but we had to move every single day to a different room which was annoying. I understand it was a high season but for the price we paid I would expect comfy bed from the start and not having to move daily. The staff did their best, honestly. But the managment should be reviewing the beds - and not only change them once they actually break.
