Très bon accueil, très bien situé je cherchais du calme je l'ai trouvé... je suis aussi partie en Octobre.

Cons:

Un point uniquement, j'ai signalé plusieurs fois un téléphone défectueux dans ma chambre d'hôtel qui a sonné plusieurs fois sans raison. J'ai trouvé que ça manquait un peu de réactivité de leur côté sachant que ce n'était pas dramatique mais ça m'a quand même réveillé à des heures inopinées... j'ai fini par le débrancher moi même pour ne plus être dérangée. Après je leur ai aussi demander de la glace et une couverture au milieu de la nuit parce que j'étais malade, je suis descendue à l'accueil j'ai tout de suite trouvé quelqu'un qui a été très réactive 😊

Alles super.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, wenn man zum Strand von Sa Roca geht. Nach es pujols mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 6-7 Minuten
Auch gut, dass es einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gab

La ubicación en la isla

Se encuentra en un estado de mal mantenimiento, baños muy anticuados , zonas comunes de los años 60, mala conexión de las habitaciones con la zona central, y además sin buen servicio porque cierran el 15 de Octubre...no se puede comer nada en la cafetería...el día 12 la desmontan... literalmente.
Y a las 08:30 de la mañana de un domingo el servicio de mantenimiento se pone a golpear las paredes.. En ningún momento se nos advierte de estas situaciones... pero para cobrar si que hay tarifas desorbitadas . Se inventan la temporada por qué hay una maratón el día 11/10...En fin cada día más... se te quitan las ganas de ir a lo que antes era una bonita isla..

Pros:

Extremely clean. We had fresh towels every day. Beds were made and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good. What made our stay the most memorable were the staff. They were all super friendly, efficient, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Barman Danny exceeded our standards in service. I would give five stars to the staff alone. I’m looking forward to my next stay at LAGOPLAYA.

Cons:

The pool was a little too cold for me.

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Very clean (daily service), amazing breakfast with a lot of choices and very nice staff. Great value for money!
