La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza perfecta. La casa en si es muy bonita y está decorada con excelente gusto. Destaco la amabilidad y el buen servicio del personal.

Henkilökunta oli super-ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Hotelli on todella viihtyisä boutique-hotelli aivan Guadalestin keskustan tuntumassa. Hotellin terassilta oli hienot näkymät linnalle. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa oli yhteistä oleskelutilaa vieraille, mm. musiikkihuone makeisilla varustettuna, kirjasto, baari, josta sai ostaa juomaa huoneen laskuun itse valiten ja nauttien niitä tunnelmallisella pikkuterassilla, jossa myös tarjoiltiin aamiainen. Aamupalalla oli ensin tarjolla buffet -tyylisesti hedelmiä ja herkullista sitruunajugurttia ja pöytään tuotiin munakasta, kinkkua ja juustoa sekä leivät kepeän jazzin soidessa taustalla. Huone oli siisti.
Ainoastaan jäimme kaipaamaan parveketta huoneessa, joka olikin ranskalainen parveke, vaikka kuvittelimme varanneemme huoneen kokonaisella parvekkeella. Mutta sekään ei haitannut, sillä hotellin yhteisterassi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa oli paljon viihtyisämpi ihanilla maisemilla.

Beautiful property with lovely little additions like a reading and music room. Attention to detail was fantastic. The hosts were super attentive. Views from our room were stunning. We will definitely be back.
A comfortable and niche hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Fantastic location in the village, immediately accessible for everything you would want to visit. Everything about this hotel was perfect for a very special birthday spent with friends. We will definitely go back.

The beautiful property, and the attentive staff. The honesty bar, nibbles & sweets are a lovely idea. We were only there one night, but would use the benefits of the quirky rooms over a few nights. Breakfast on the terrace was superb. A delightful find- we'll be back.
English tea in the room please!
This is a lovely accomondation and our stay excceded our expectations. Its a beautiful house and very cosy interior. Comfortable bed, beautiful views from the room, modern bathroom and very quiet. It was a festival during our stay and even though there was a marching band outside our window, we hardly heard anything.
The breakfast was so delisious and it was perfect for us! The owners were lovely during our stay and very polite (which made me a bit confused, please see below).
Dont bring big and heavy bags unless you are prepared to pull it from the parking lot and carry it up the stairs (its an older house and doors/stairs not so wide).
We were asked to inform when we were arriving and for us this was a bit of a guessing game since we were driving from quite far. I send my best guess and said I would update in case we ran in to problems which could cause delays. As we were getting closer I noticed we would be slightly delayed (20-30 mins) and sent a message. I was not prepared for the answer and honestly quite shocked and suprised. Perhaps it was my fault and I had not fully understood how important exact our arriving time was but I think the response was a bit harsh and not very welcoming ("quite a waste of our time waiting for you"). Maybe it was a translation/language thing but as someone who travels regularly this has not happened to me before. I would stay here again but this felt very un-welcoming and partly affected our stay here.
So if you are not sure how long the drive will take etc ask for their instructions how to self check-in (which I didnt know was possible).

La cama podía ser un poco más cómoda. La habitación muy amplia y el baño práctico y amplio
Cases Noves heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Prachtige locatie in de vallei van Guadalest. Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen door Carlos. We kregen een rondleiding in het prachtige pand. Alsook kregen we een tablet mee waar alle uitleg in stond alsook wandelroutes, bezienswaardigheden. Een mooie troef is dat je gratis gebruik kan maken van het mooie zwembad en tal van kortingen kan genieten op bezichtigingen van musea, het kasteel,.... De kamer El Castell was ruim, net en had alle voorzieningen. Plus punt hierin is dat de kamer beschikt over rolluiken of luiken. Rustige lekker geurende kamer met een super zicht. De honesty bar is welgekomen, gratis water dat je mag meenemen op de kamer. Het ontbijt is wekelijk top! Lokale lekkernijen die opgediend worden aan tafel. S'avonds hebben we kennis gemaakt met Marcel. Beide heren gaven ons een goed gevoel maar hoe kan het ook anders, zij leven en werken in de vallei en de vallei is helend.
