Schönes Hotel mit einigen Dingen, die besser sein könnten.
Pros:

Schöne kleine Hotelanlage, geräumiges Zimmer, nettes Personal. Abendessen sehe gut, aber immer nur ein Menü.

Cons:

schlechte Ausstattung im Zimmer, ZB keine Taschentücher. Minibar nicht täglich angefüllt, kein Essen außer Frühstück und Abendessen, dabei ist das Hotel sehr weit vom Ort entfernt. Das Hotel sollte Fahrräder anbieten, denn man geht 40 Minuten in den Ort. Frühstück immer dasselbe und wenig Auswahl

Definitely one of the best hotels we ever been to!
Pros:

- Very lovely staff, especially Valentina was great and so kind!
- lovely breakfasts every morning
- quiet area
- fantastic room standard and size, very spacious
- room was air conditioned which was great
- could see a bit of ocean from the balcony

Cons:

- Bit far from city centre
- Pool was a bit untidy and could do with a more frequent clean up

This property had everything we needed for a very enjoyable visit.
Pros:

The staff, especially Valentina, we're great. Super friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast each morning was nice. The chef took the opportunity to understand and deliver on our requests.

Cons:

For some reason, the shampoo and soap dispensers in our bathroom were only refilled after we asked. This could be expected once, not several times.

Pros:

Outstanding boutique hotel. Relatively new and very clean and well decorated. Staff could not be better. It is not in town but only a short taxi ride to get there.

Living up to its name: true hospitality that makes you feel like "ohana", family
Pros:

The name Ohana truly says it all. From the very first moment, you are treated like family. We were warmly welcomed at the airport with flower leis and transferred to the hotel, where our pre-booked scooter was already waiting for us. Everything was perfectly organized by the hotel, including a 10% discount on the scooter rental, which was a lovely bonus.
The check-in experience was unforgettable. Camila at reception is truly the heart of the hotel. She took her time to welcome us, introduced the island and all key points of interest on a map, listened carefully to our needs, and made us feel instantly at home. She even recommended a fantastic tattoo artist in Hanga Roa. This level of personal care is rare and deeply appreciated.
The hotel is beautifully run with a calm, refined atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The entire property is stunning, featuring a gorgeous pool, beautiful furniture, traditional carvings, and a well-stocked minibar. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, high quality, not overwhelming in size, with freshly prepared egg dishes and great juices. Staying here truly feels like being treated in paradise.

Great hotel if you have your own transportation
Pros:

swimming pool is great!

Cons:

I wish they had a shuttle service between hotel and Downtown. It was very hard to catch a taxi for us every time.
