Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr modern, hätten länger bleiben sollen
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist toll. Das Zimmer wirklich sehr geräumig und sehr modern. Die Poolanlage war super. Total schön, neu und mit Poolbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir waren auch Abendessen und das war ebenso super gut. Wir haben in unserem Costa Rica Urlaub in über 10 verschiedenen Unterkünften genächtigt und das war die modernste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, um den Weg nach Manuel Antonio aufzuteilen, hätten aber länger bleiben sollen. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Relaxing , comfortable, modern and candid. .
Pros:

Clean, food is excellent, staff is very nice and helpful . Rooms are large and comfy . Very quiet zone . It’s a hidden jewel .

Cons:

Only Area of opportunity is the bar pool . Never saw anyone attending and was dusty . Missing TV . You can realize value by polishing that area . Can be cool to get a bar sitting in the pool . However you can ask beverages from the restaurant and ship to your pool chair by someone .

Pros:

Muy buena atención. Hotel es de verdad pet friendly, excepto claro en el restaurante. La comida del restaurante es muy sabrosa y muy buena presentación. El cuarto es muy bonito. La ducha excelente aunque el segundo día (primer mañana), estando ya en el hotel, la llegaron a cambiar. Las sábanas, colchones, almohadas son deliciosas. Todo bastante limpio aunque la puerta del baño tenía polvo.
Colocaron una camita para mi perrita, al principio un poco quisquillosa, lo normal, y luego encantada.
En la entrada del hotel, hay un basurero para las bolsitas de desechos de los perritos y una tacitas para agua.
Buena seguridad con el oficial de 10 pm a 7 am y muy amable el señor.

Cons:

Al llegar a la habitación había un fuerte olor a humedad (compramos aromatizante y eso lo resolvió, junto con el aire acondicionado y extractor del baño).
La habitación no tiene buena iluminación natural y al cerrar la persiana (para privacidad ya que la única ventana da al pasillo y está junto a las camas) queda todo ultra oscuro, y aunque hay buena iluminación de bombillos, no se ve si es de día o de noche y afecta bastante el ciclo sueño vigilia. Ayuda a tener muy buen dormir, pero alguien como mi hijo adolescente duerme demasiado y se pierde las mañanas de playa. Además, el tercer día se fue la luz en horas de la tarde y no se podía estar en el cuarto por el calor y si se abre se meten los mosquitos por la puerta al no haber cedazo.
Falta más diversidad de alimentos en el restaurante, para chicos o niños.
Las tacitas para agua para los perritos, en la entrada del hotel no tenían agua, y tenían polvo y zancudos muertos.
No hay tacitas para los perritos en la habitación.
Indicaron que en el bar de la piscina no se puede comer y no se puede jugar con bolas.
