Pros:

Am besten gefiel uns das Essen im Restaurant; sie haben einen ausgezeichneten Koch.

Cons:

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Pool sauberer gehalten wird, auch wenn ich weiß, dass er klein ist, denn ein sauberer Pool würde die Qualität des Aufenthalts verbessern.

Cons:

There was fecal matter on the wall behind our toilet dispenser and the bathroom door was filthy. The maids did not clean either nor did they replace the toilet paper. I had to go to the office in the morning to request toilet paper. The mattresses are extremely firm and the bedding was not cozy. When I booked the ad reflected a pool bar. Upon check in the bar was empty. I questioned it and the next day there was a few beers and sodas stocked but not an actual bartender

Sehr freundlich, alles perfekt im Zimmer bis auf fehlende Fenster und Tageslicht , sehr gutes Frühstück

Pros:

Magnifique grande chambre avec un coin salon et cuisine. Excellent petit déjeuner à la carte. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant. Petite piscine agréable.

Pros:

The staff, the adjacent restaurant, the parking and the rooms were great. The location isnt bad, but not great. We go to Costa Rica to experience the bio diversity. Not as much at this location as further south

Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and very practical but lack of window to outside means I’d never return
Pros:

Clean and staff are really amazing. Close to a little bay which is pebbly. Enjoyed burger at dinner.

Cons:

Location very industrial in car park and we didn’t have a window to outside in our room which just feels strange! Think need to make that clear when booking as not exactly a cheap hotel. Also use of air fresheners everywhere is intense - we don’t use air fresheners as they’re toxic and bad for you. We only stayed one night passing through and would have stayed more but didn’t enjoy having no window

Les premiers jours, pour le petit déjeuner, il y avait un buffet chaud, des fruits frais coupés (ananas, papaye, pastèque), des yaourts... A partir du 6ème jour, plus rien. Juste un plat unique à choisir sur carte... et beaucoup d'attente pour se faire servir, même quand il n'y avait que deux tables à servir.
Il y avait un bar au bord de la piscine, mais toujours fermé. On a demandé à l'accueil, on devait nous envoyer quelqu'un, mais au bout de 25 mn d'attente, nous sommes partis.

Hat uns super gefallen.
Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, als Zwischenstopp hier und waren deshalb nicht am Strand. Der Pool ist super schön, das Sprudelbad halt etwas kühl. Die Poolbar war nicht besetzt und das Drinkmenu wird anscheinend grad überarbeitet. Das Restaurant war gerade etwas unterbelegt mit Personal, sie waren aber sehr freundlich und das Essen hat auch geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, mich hat nur das kühle Licht etwas gestört. Es ist ein tolles Hotel.
