Average with potential for improvement
Pros:

The appartment and the building were clean, however you can feel the spirit of 90’s. The staff was rather friendly .They served a good breakfast.

Cons:

The apartment was branded as family friendly, but in my opinion only because it had two separate bedrooms. Otherwise steep staircases and dark aisles, difficult to navigate. All family members incl. toddlers and infants had to sleep in cloths to survive as heaters were not working well enough to make the stay comfortable. No spare electric heater was delivered.

The staff didn’t anticipate and manage the needs of a family with small children to our expectations.
