Lovely hotel in which the owners treat customers like house guests.
Pros:

This was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. We needed somewhere to break a journey and couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this hotel. Lovely country setting, amongst its own kitchen garden. The dinner was excellent, in both the food and the ambience. There were only a very few guests but there was still an excellent buffet breakfast. We felt like house guests rather than customers. Finally, it was exceptional value - worth much more than we paid.

Cons:

I couldn't find anything not to like. For us the location was ideal, but others could consider it a bit out of the way. If you're touring by car, it's worth the trip.
