The Location is near CharMinar behind Mecca Masjid, it's in a very active bustling cloth Market.
Because it's in a lane slightly difficult to access on Google Maps for the first find, though it has two way access which I learnt later. Location is Central .

During my recent stay with my family, we encountered some issues with the room facilities. There were no cloth hangers, no dustbin in the room or washroom, and the AC button was placed outside the room, allowing someone to switch it off while we were sleeping. These inconveniences affected our experience, and we hope they can be addressed for future guests
Very good location
Extra charges are being charged apart from the extra commission already announced by email (around 150rupees more)
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was only there for an overnight stay to visit the Charminar and rest.
The guys on the front desk helped and walked me to an ATM and back and also helped download the food app so I could have delivery and eat in , nothing was too much trouble.
It did take me a while to find the place as it was close to the Charminar but I wasn’t sure in which direction !
You will have to pay cash and there is no card facility.

Ac is very noisy and can’t sleep as the some work over the top floor.
The staff were very nice and respectable
The room interior looked messy and the toilets were not clean enough also they forgot provide room amenities but for short stay, it's manageable and the bed was comfortable but try to bring your own bed covers as the one they provide is dirty.
The property is in poor condition, inside the room a water leak and smell, bathroom also in bad condition, beds also dirty.
