Pros:

It badly requires improvement in breakfast quality. Further the items like dental cleaning tooth brush shaving kit were not provided until asks. No proper staff to attend . Mattress is tooooooo smooth or old to sit. Value for money 6/10

Poor room without windows
Pros:

The hotel did not have its own kitchen. Had to order food from outside which was time consuming.

The room did not have window at all and felt claustrophobic.

Very low standards would not recommend!
Pros:

I wouldn't stay here again. I checked in late, complained to the duty manager the room was quite dirty and not well maintained at all very poor. The management didn't get back on to me. I left two days early. I have asked for a refund. I have had no reply or any communications received yet.

Cons:

Very poor show would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay, spacious and comfortable room, great location, and truly value for money.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was perfect, the stay was excellent, and it offered great value for money. This was our 3rd stay here, and even though we booked at the last moment, we didn’t think twice about choosing this hotel again. Definitely worth it and highly recommended! The hotel room was quite spacious, comfortable, and perfect for travelling with our kid. We had enough space to relax and move around comfortably, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect and we had a very pleasant stay.

Upset. Not at all staying in hotel go in the morning.coing by late night just to sleep

The overall rating given by booking.com as 4 star but it’s not at all fit. Untidy, no parking, bed sheets torn bathrooms dirty over all nothing was good.

Cons:

The room is not good, a suite room is to be expected with a good view and neat maintenance which is missing. The bath tub which is specially mentioned and booked for the same was broken

Pros:

The location is great and facilities also. I stayed here for 8 nights, initially i requested the front office manager suresh to Assign a room with windows and he has done accordingly. All front office staff's are very cooperative and even the housekeeping staff.
The breakfast buffet is a gem not to be missed.
