Beautiful, peaceful haveli in Jaisalmer
Pros:

Jasmin Haveli is a real find - beautifully decked out rooms, a great rooftop space for meals and a lovely courtyard space to sit in as well.

The food was seriously delicious and the hotel cook is a delightful man. The owner, Jitendra, is also so welcoming and helpful. We loved Jaisalmer and Jasmin Haveli was part of that.

Wonderful, warm and welcoming, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Loved our stay here walking distance to the fort and all that had to offer. In house food was excellent, staff wonderful, ambience beautiful. Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable, fans and quiet a/c. We felt like part of Jitendra, the owner’s, family. Outstanding walking tour with Raj and wonderful desert Safari with Fatd, not to forget Padam our very polite and safe driver. Very sad to leave!

Cons:

It is a 15mins walk to fort, no problem for us, but something to be aware of. The upside is that the Gaveli is very quiet

A solid 8/10 experience
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms and great atmosphere.
Excellent service—the staff even helped us find local products to take home!
Seamlessly organized transport and guides.
Special mention to Jitender, who helped us a lot with all our requests.

Cons:

One bathroom room had a leak.
Power was out for a full night and the inverter didn't last. They really need better 24-hour backup.
Did not honor the "free airport roundtrip" promised in the booking. After a complaint, they offered us an airport drop off.

For a shorty stay place is comfortable and food is very good.
Pros:

I travelled with my family for new year, we stayed for 1 night on 30th. It's a haveli type of building. Room was good only but I felt it could have been bit more spacious. they do not have parking we have to manage parking elsewhere, food was very tasty, staff were good and even owner was very interactive. Bathroom was okay but taps water floating was thin.

Atmosfera autentica grazie all’edificio in stile haveli e all’arredamento indiano.
Bagno di buona dimensione, con doccia ampia e letto comodo.
Colazione ricca per un 3 stelle: piatti caldi indiani, frutta fresca, toast, uova strapazzate preparate al momento, cereali e marmellate.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando i servizi offerti.

Cons:

Il tratto di strada per raggiungere l’hotel è buio e poco curato, può dare una sensazione di abbandono.

Modere Unterkunft, sympathischer Gastgeber, leider extrem hellhörig.
Pros:

Recht moderne Unterkunft, sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Gastgeber.

Cons:

Extrem hellhörig. War im Zimmer Nr. 5 direkt unter der Küche - da die Bauweise des Hotels jedes kleinste Geräusch weiterleitet, war ab 5:45 Uhr an kein Schlafen mehr zu denken.

Beautiful and Relaxing Site with Excellent Owner/Host
Pros:

We loved the location -- a 10 minute walk from the old city and bordering the scrub land with goats and goat herders. Quiet and relaxing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also, the room and public spaces are beautifully decorated and inviting. Loved the reading/napping nook in the room. Also loved that they provide limitless purified water and a refillable water bottle -- no unnecessary plastics.
My husband was sick the entire time and the owner was very solicitous to us and helpful. He also recommended an excellent guide, Lalu.

Cons:

Some people might want to be more in the middle of the commotion.
The balcony off the room is not useable and probably shouldn't be advertised as a room with a balcony.
