Great hotel in a great location. Right in the heart of Thamel, but very quiet. Great value for money.

Cons:

Asked about a taxi to the airport the evening before checkout and the guy said I could just come down the next morning and they'd call one for me. When I came down the next morning a different guy on the desk looked surprised when I asked about a taxi and eventually sent me in an overpriced van that the hotel was sending to pick up other guests. This process felt a bit disorganised and shady.

Pros:

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est très spacieuse, le lit ultra confortable. C'est très bien décoré et on a une magnifique vue sur la ville. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel est adorable. Qualité de service au top.
Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié.
L'emplacement est top, dans un petit coin calme au coeur de Thamel.

The Lost Umbrella Adventure

We traveled from the Netherlands as a group of family and friends, and one afternoon a sudden rainstorm turned a small mishap into a fun memory. One of us forgot an umbrella while running back from a nearby café, and we ended up soaked and laughing all the way to the hotel.
When we arrived, the staff immediately offered towels and hot tea, and even joked with us about our “drama in the streets of Thamel.” We spent the next hour sitting together, drying off, sharing stories, and laughing at how wet we all were.
The rooms were cozy, clean, and relaxing after a long day, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore.

水壓很大，熱水很熱，備品齊全，每天提供兩罐水

Cons:

浴室的門簾上有一隻蛾的屍體，每天清潔都沒清到⋯
退房付費時，飯店人員拿著別人的訂單給我，金額多了將近30美金，明明入住時已經對過護照，還堅持沒有我的名字的訂單，直到經理出來才找到我的訂單。結帳時一定要再三確認金額是不是跟booking.com的一樣。
