Worst Hotel Stay Ever
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Here's why:

Dirty Rooms: When I arrived, the room was filthy, and the bed had an unbearable odor.

Misleading Photos: The website shows attractive photos, but the reality is the property is outdated and poorly maintained.

No Hot Water: In 3°C weather, there was no hot water until I contacted OYO to get the geyser fixed.

Terrible Customer Service: The staff were unhelpful and did not address concerns promptly.


Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Racist, rude hotel
Pros:

Nasty, rude, dirty hotel

Cons:

Crappy hotel that only wants to steal your money. They ask you to prepay, but they won't actually let you check in. He blatantly told me that he wouldn't check me in because I'm a foreigner.
