A bit noisy at night time only because people are inconsiderate when walking past rooms at night time . Noisey at the Pool after midnight when my sat outside on the chair . Couldn’t hear the noise from inside our room .

Relaxed, comfortable stay
Pros:

Right in the centre of things but an oasis of calm and quiet. Slept great. Large room with very comfy bed. Pool was great for a dip after a long day sightseeing. The staff very kindly allowed us to have a late checkout as we were catching the night sleeper train. Friendly staff. Great communication.

Je recommande, très bon hôtel de manière générale.
Pros:

Son emplacement, la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel, bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de faire des massages et de louer des vélos. Belles chambres et salle de bains, bien propre.

Cons:

Bruyant le soir. Il y avait des gros bruits venant de la réception (nous étions au 2e étage), probablement de la climatisation XXL. Nos voisins n’étaient également pas partisans du calme le soir. Moi qui ai le sommeil, compliqué de trouver le sommeil avant 00h-00h30.

Great value
Pros:

Location is spot on, right next door to Tam Coc Boat Tour and there are some great resturant & bars to enjoy. Staff were friendly and assisted with any questions we had. Breakfast was also great.

Cons:

We liked everything about this hotel, great value for money.

הכל היה מושלם!!! באנו להתפנק ללילה אחד. הצוות מקסים ונחמד. החדר גדול ומפנק מאוד!!!!!!
נהננו מאוד, התבאסנו שבאנו רק ללילה אחד.
היה גשום אז לא השתמשנו בבריכה אבל היא הייתה בגודל מצויין, נקייה ויפה.
ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ומגוונת.
הצוות נתן לנו להיכנס מוקדם לחדר בעקבות זה שהגענו מאוד מוקדם בבוקר.
המיקום מעולה. ממש ממש במרכז,הכל במרחק הליכה קצר.

הכל היה מושלם!
דבר אחד הציק לי - סיפרתי לצוות שאנחנו חוגגים יומולדת לבעלי מראש ואם אפשר להכין לו משהו. הם אמרו שהם ישמחו לקבל אותו עם עוגה ומאוד שמחתי מהתגובה שלהם. בזמן שעשינו צ'ק אין הזכרתי להם את זה ואפילו שאלו אותי אם לכתוב משהו על העוגה ומה השם שלו.
הל אמרו שיביאו אותה ב 19 בערב..... זה לא קרה. הם לא הגיעו והיינו צריכים לצאת לארוחת ערב. כתבתי להם שהם יכולים להביא לנו לחדר ומקסימום זה יחכה לנו שם. אבל זה לא קרה.... בשעה 22:00 בלילה כבר ישנו ( היינו אחרי אוטובוס לילה והיינו מאוד עייפים) הם כתבו לי הודעה שיש לנו עוגה. ראיתי את ההודעה רק בבוקר אז ביקשתי שיביאו לנו לפני ארוחת הבוקר. האמת שהם מאוד השקיעו ומאוד התרגשנו מהמחווה.
להפתעתי בצ'ק אין הם חייבו אותנו ב 300k על העוגה. ציינתי בפניהם שהם לא אמרו לי את זה מראש, ויכול להיות שאם הייתי יודעת אז לא הייתי מבקשת. זה בסדר שזה עולה כסף, רק מן הראוי לעדכן לפני כן .
הבחור בקבלה התנצל מאוד והחזיר לי 100k חזרה שהיה מאוד יפה מצידו.
אין בעיה לשלם - חשוב לציין את זה מראש ולא להפתיע את האורחים בזמן צ'ק אאוט.
חוץ מזה אני מאוד ממליצה על המקום!!!
