Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the man behind the front desk. Room clean, bed and pillows comfy. Perfect location. Very happy with our stay and would recommend! ☺️

Super convenient location and what we needed!
Pros:

Great location that’s very central to everything, with convenience stores, restaurants, and massage spa places next door. It is less than a minute walk to the Tam Coc Boat Tour spot as well.

Nice bathroom — Great shower water pressure and water temperature. Room was adequately sized for 2 people, with just enough bench space.

Reception staff was also helpful with us leaving our luggage at 10:30am (before check in), and we even managed to check in early at 12pm when the room was ready earlier. They also helped us organise transport to our next destination, offering a slightly better price than online prices. Reception is apparently manned 24/7 but we didn’t have to use late hours of the reception.

Cons:

Small cleanliness improvements - one of the hand towels looked like it had a dirty mark on it, and we found a small fake eyelash stuck on the room wall (but can see how it can be missable to clean because it almost camouflages to the wall).

I would have preferred if there was a holder for the toilet paper roll and an additional powerpoint next to the bedside tables (had to remove the lamp powerpoint so we could use our chargers) — but these are small aspects of the overall stay.

Center location. Close to main street.

Cons:

The window in the room was ajecent to the building next door. We couldn't open the window. When we got the room it wasn't properly ventilated and had a bad smell to it.

Pros:
