Pool, small garden, position, bicycle rental, in front of laundry!!
It was so quiet but yet in the midst of all the action. It had eateries just outside on the main street. The staff were great and the rooms were clean and air con was cold.
Nice room, bathroom was lovely although it did tend to flood. Kids loved the pool and good selection at breakfast. Great location for exploring the area, slightly off the main street so not as much traffic

The hotel is walking distance from the Main Street. The rooms are a bit small for a family of three, but the bed was big and comfortable.
Has a nice pool which my daughter loved. Across the street is a a very cheap Laundry service which was of a great help
The location is excellent—just a few meters from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was fantastic.
I’m not reviewing the hotel itself, but the laundry service we requested and paid for during our stay.
I handed in a bag of white and beige clothes to be washed. They were returned nicely folded in a plastic bag, and since I was packing my backpack, I didn’t unfold them right away. To my shock, when I finally opened the bag, I found all my clothes ruined—covered in dark stains.
Worse than the stains, the fabric looked worn out and old. These were clothes I had either bought specifically for this trip or worn only once or twice. Some were favorites that I can’t replace anymore.
Honestly, I’m writing this out of disappointment. There’s no way to recover what was lost—no compensation can bring back items you really liked and felt good wearing.
Highlight of stay was staff member named Rose. She went over & above & made our stay. Her English & personality wonderful. Breakfast excellent. Pool area & surrounds lovely. Big rooms & bathrooms. Cannot fault place & location. Perfect.

Location is perfect, just into the old town with all services nearby as restaurants and shops. Staff was fantastic, very profesional and friendly, helping and providing all the info we needed to have a nice stay in Tam Coc.
Rooms are a bit old fashion, but plenty of stuff you should have. Maybe, just to propose any suggestion, it would be fine to perform some upgrading into the room.
Happy with the hotel, facilities, breakfast, all good value for the price. Location is great - just 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. And boating at Tam Coc is hardly 2 minutes away. Lot of options to eat, some good restaurants nearby.
Staff was just amazing! They were very helpful with any information or help that we needed.
Room was good sized and clean. BREAKFAST was good, hot options as well like eggs and pancakes.
There was a massive pond at the back with many fish and it was very entertaining for my son to watch.
Pool wasn't very clean and felt there were mosquitoes in the evening, so may be more regular cleaning/spraying was needed
