Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, even letting us stay in one room for several hours after checkout at no cost. Location is impossible to beat for the Christmas Market.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Ruhiges, eher einfaches aber modernes Hotel. Angenehmes Bad mit kleiner Dusche. Schallschutzfenster gegen Verkehrslärm am Morgen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Cons:

Getränke im Haus oder Minibar im Zimmer wären schön. Rezeption nur bis 18 Uhr ok, länger vielleicht hilfreich.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück zu dem man sich aber am Tag vorher anmelden muss. Vergünstigte Parkplätze im direkt anliegenden Parkhaus, Abrechnung über das Hotel- sehr komfortabel!

Cons:

Der Fernseher ließ sich nicht mit der Fernbedienung ausschalten, hat uns aber nicht gestört, wir haben den Stecker gezogen. Die Heizungsdauer ist zur Einsparung von heizkosten knapp bemessen.

Overall it was good. Excellent location and hotel was clean.
Pros:

Fantastic location for exploring the historic old town on both sides of the river. Bathroom was great and nice shower.
Very spacious room.

Cons:

No black tea with tea station. Tea/coffee supplies not refilled daily and had to ask reception. The bed was made in a very strange way with the blanket folded in the middle requiring us to make the bed every evening.
