Прекрасно място в центъра на кк Пампорово
Pros:

За пръв път посещаваме хотела - оказа се изключително добро попадение: апартаментът беше чист, достатъчно голям и просторен, и много добре отоплен. Закуската, както и вечерята мога да определя като превъзходни - много добро разнообразие, като за 5 нощувки на практика не се случи нещо да ни подразни. Персоналът е изключително любезен и съдейства с всичко необходимо.

Cons:

Във фитнес зоната поне на мен ми липсваше пътека за бягане, но това не е нещо съществено. Все пак би било добре, ако се добави и такъв уред.

A family holiday made perfect with this lovely hotel.
Pros:

Position to centre and ski lift to slopes. As a family of 12 the accommodation suited us well, 6 double rooms all together. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. Our party all agreed the hotel was perfect for us all.

Страхотно място за отсядане. Бяхме на ваканзия за да покараме ски. Имахме безплатен шатъл до ски пистите. Храната беше страшно вкусна и персонала много отзивчив. Препоръчвам!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was more than satisfactory and, even when we missed the ski bus, they arranged a driver to take us up to the mountain. A big thank you for the wonderful hospitality and stay you offered us.

Отличное расположение. Близость к подъемникам. Чистый номер. Вид на лес. В номере было очень тепло. Разнообразный завтрак и ужин. Еда была домашняя и вкусная. Парковка на улице была свободна даже в субботу и воскресень. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Для удобства жильцов нужно иметь в ванной комнате швабру для того что бы убирать воду с пола ванной.
Странное расписание работы джакузи и сауны. Не всегда сауна была горячая до 15 часов дня.

Pros:

This was our first visit to Pamporovo and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel has a free parking area for the guests, which is flat and parking is not an issue in wintertime. Besides, the hotel is located at a lower ground, and the roads aren’t very steep at this part of the resort, and driving on an icy road is relatively easy. We used to go to the skiing facility Malina (where the ski schools are located) by car, but the hotel also provides a shuttle in the morning and in the afternoon. Our room was located at -2 level, but still has a limited view to the sloppy, snowy forest. The room was clean, warm (we even had to turn of the heating from time to time) and comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner however were exceptional. Many choices and very delicious. The stuff was friendly, smiley and helpful.
There is also SPA center at the lowest level, but after 4-5 PM the hotel guests are back from skiing and down there for the sauna and the jacuzzi, so you might need to wait a bit.
