Ok for a quick stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. The location was good being right by the beach.

Cons:

Booking.com listed that there is air conditioning but there was only a fan. And only a tiny window for any ventilation. And then the power went out in the morning and then there was nothing.

The bigger issue was that we had to book it last minute late at night when our other hotel didn’t have power. When we got there they wouldn’t let us in and said there was no space, even though we had a reservation. They made us stand outside while they figured it out and wouldn’t let us into the lobby. Granted they weren’t expecting someone so last minute and so late, but they were not truthful saying there was no space. It was an unusual experience, but they weren’t very flexible. Also, the wifi only works in the lobby.

An Oyo Gem
Pros:

In my way to Lençóis Maranhenses by car I decided to add the experience of traveling calmly through Piauí State coast, only 66 km but of the upmost beauty through perfectly paved roads in a congregation of a pastoral green and the smooth blue ocean that reaches the pristine beaches with natural pools. The population is quiet but cheerful and always eager to help concerning information. The staff at the hotel reception was very attentive. The rooms are large and everything working properly and clean. The hotel is located right in front of the beach and has a restaurante that attends both sides of the hotel. The menu in not vegan friendly but they were very attentive to make the necessary changes. In front of the hotel there is a large rock formation which gives name to the beach and divide it in waves to one side and the fishermen to another, much calmer. Since crime rate is extremely low, the car is left around the hotel which only fails for the lack of shadowed areas. Hotel prices extremely affordable and competitive. I certainly recommend.

Cons:

Poor internet connection and no Claro mobile phone service inside the bedroom (it works perfectly outside the hotel). Properly for a smooth sort of digital detox.
