Pros:

Lovely room, clean and tidy. Nice food and bar staff very friendly. Nice place to stay in

Cons:

Double bed was "made of" 2 single mattresses, so there was a gap in the middle, and you couldn't sleep in the middle.

Damp stale smell in room. Window blinds did not create a blackout at night so room flooded with street light. Hard uncomfortable mattress.

Amazing switch of from life right next to the QE Hospital.
Pros:

We really loved staying here. It was quiet, clean and welcoming. The whole décor of the place felt as if it was giving us a hugh hug. It was the break we needed in a spacious cosy room. Loved that the hotel had a separate entrance to the pub. Nice quiet area just next to the QE hospital.

Cons:

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Room was clean, one woman staff was very friendly on initial check in

Cons:

I was in the middle of an important work video call in my room at about 3:30pm, the door was locked and check in had been completed a few hours earlier so the room was mine. The staff at hotel opened the door loudly by attempting to open the door many times and then using a key to unlock it, proceeded to enter the room while I was in there during a work call!! I could’ve been in there doing anything/ getting changed etc and the staff just barged in, checked something in the bathroom and left and I never saw them again - I thought this was very odd and it made me worried about who else was going into the room when I wasn’t there!

Noisey pub downstairs, but I did stay over a weekend.

Bed sunk in the middle.

Awful….. literally could have cried when we saw the state of the place but with three kids in tow, we had no choice but
