Cons:

We were informed on the day of our arrival that there would be an 18th birthday party, which resulted in significant noise. We discovered that the room temperature was only 14 degrees and were moved to a single room while being charged the same price as a double. When we raised our concerns, a member of staff responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner, however we got moved to another room ...( just before 12pm)

The room cleanliness was very poor and the facilities were clearly outdated. We had an extremely uncomfortable night due to the bed and loud music from another floor, and breakfast was served cold. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning.
