Khách sạn khá khó tìm. Mô hình hơi giống Motel kiểu nhà nghỉ hơn, phòng nhỏ, không được sạch lắm, phù hợp ngủ qua 1 đêm hoặc các bạn sinh viên đi chơi, không hợp đi gia đình. Khách sạn ở đoạn Lê Hồng Phong, đi vào Trung tâm cũng tương đối.

great location, decent for a stop over for 1 night in Hai Phong as we keep travelling from Hai Phong to Ninh Binh the following day
The room was clean and fresh, with a nice bed and pillows. Both the bed and pillows were soft. The place was quiet and peaceful, and the parking lot was good—I especially appreciated the security guard. The staff were nice and answered my questions properly.
There weren’t enough power outlets near the bed—there was only one on the right side. The slippers were slippery, and the lights in my room were not as bright as in my friend’s room. The air conditioners in both our rooms were old, so it took some time to cool the rooms down.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Easy to find hotel. Nice and comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly and nice (except for the one girl). English is limited. There is an elevator. Very clean hotel. You get a key-card.
Room was spacious, desk and chair, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cupboard for your clothes. TV with English and Viet channels. Power sockets next to bed and bed-side tables. Mini fridge.
They have a menu, you can order from reception. They also have snacks to buy.
View and lighting was good. You can open the windows. Powerful aircon. Kettle, cups and spoons. Towels, toilet paper and drinking water supplied daily.
The view from the roof - you can relax there. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was not operational, but it is quiet season.
Laundry service.
Hairdryer, soap, cotton buds, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo supplied. Great water pressure and temperature, and there is a rack in the spacious shower to put your soap. Extractor fan in bathroom (no window).
There are restaurants in the main street, a bit of a walk... And Co.op Mart is about a 15 minute walk away.
Had no problem with mosquitoes.
A bit noisy, I could hear neighbours, sound travelled quite a bit in the hotel.
The aircon water went into the bathroom, but it made the whole floor wet when the aircon was used.
The location is a bit far from things to do - at least grab is easily available for taxi or food delivery.
Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is quite central and within walking distance of a lot of places. Breakfast was good and was even served to me in my room.
Only minor thing is the room was billed as "canal view" but actually I couldn't see it from the window (it's not a massively attractive canal anyway, so no big deal).

Hotel located at about 3 km away from city centre, far from tourist attractions.
Bathroom has water leaks, small drops from the overhead shower falled all night. Furthermore, electricity in the room would be off when you left the room with room key, thus the mini fridge become useless for cooling, but exceptional at making noise at night.
