Impersonal and security-flawed on-site check in, lack of basic necessities in the room

Clean hotel

Cons:

Check-in at entrance was without staff and on a computer screen. It shows your room and entry code (which is recommended to write down or take a picture of) after checking in, so the other people waiting behind us could see that info as well. Very impersonal and security-wise not well thought through. Basic facilities like a hair dryer and shampoo were not present in the room (at least there was an unnecessary big flatscreen tv on the wall. I’d rather have had it the other way around..).

Angenehmer Aufenthalt- gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und sehr praktisch. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Toilettentür, da sie beim Öffnen und Schließen leider sehr laut war.

Cons:

Die Lage zwischen Puff und Casino, draußen betrunkene Leute die bis tief in die Nacht draußen herum pöbeln. Das Bett war steinhart, Ausstattung wie in einer billigen, in die Jahre gekommene Herberge. Und das alles für 100€ ohne Frühstück. Da hätte ich im Auto gemütlicher geschlafen.
