A very good experience
Pros:

The location is very good and the staff was very polite.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been of a wider range, the variety is less. The menu could have been better.

Emplacement idéal et personnel très serviable !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, tout près de Har Ki Pauri, et le long du Gange (il y a des chambres avec pvue sur le fleuve). Le personnel est sympathique, très serviable et réactif à toute demande. Ils nous ont même prêté un fauteuil roulant pour mon père qui marche difficilement, pendant la durée de notre séjour. Mentions spéciales au manager qui nous a réservé taxi et tuk-tuk, ainsi qu'au serveur du restaurant, Shashikant, qui a été adorable et très professionnel !
L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, même s'ils ont un aspect un peu viellot/rustique.

Cons:

L'ascenseur fait un peu de bruit et résonne un peu dans la chambre attenante à celui-ci, mais rien de rédhibitoire. Les chambres ne restent pas dans le noir le matin car beaucoup d'ouvertures peu occultantes donc réveil matinal avec la lumière: là encore, pas de souci majeur.

Cons:

Breakfast had insects, very poor service but they charging very high, bathroom was dirty . I would suggest everyone to stay in Aashram or dharamshala where you gonna get more satvik food

Pros:

Good location - short walk to Har ki Paudi. Signature rooms have a nice view of the Ganga. Decent facilities for a 3 star hotel.

Cons:

Cars may not be able to reach the hotel during peak season due to police roadblocks. But rickshaws available.
