Great location and decent rooms but can be so much better
Pros:

Good spacious rooms, very comfortable bed with clean sheets and pillow covers, nice warm lighting, AC works well, centrally located and very close to the railway station (under 1km) and bus stand (around 1km). Hotel has a lift and is easy to find. Staff is polite and helpful. Lots of popular food options around (with an in-house restaurant & room service) and Har Ki Pauri is about 2.5 km away.

Cons:

It’s unacceptable that the rooms have no Wi-Fi, basic TV channels, or even an electric kettle at this price. Rooms desperately need soundproofing — the street noise makes it impossible to rest. Please consider adding more charging sockets. This is constructive feedback for management to improve the guest experience. Also, one mineral water bottle should be complimentary, I was charged for it.
