En 15 días que llevo en India es el primer hotel que tiene los mínimos estándares a los que acostumbramos en occidente. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, baño limpio y grande, ducha separada con cortina de baño, agua caliente, TV, cama grande, room service, y una ubicacion excelente: cerca de Moto Bazar, Har Ki Pauri Ghat y del templo Mansa Devi.

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron entraba todo el ruido de la calle entonces tendrás ruido hasta tarde en la noche y desde muy temprano en la mañana

Unprofessional Staff ruined my entire stay

I really would like to share my experience with the owner of this property. This is my number 8447910196. Booking Name Rohan Yadav primary guest. Date 10th Oct. There is no doubt that property is good but having unprofessional Staff won't do any good to this property and generate revenue. I would love to share my side of the story and explain how the unprofessional Staff can shift ur positive perspective into negative and ruined your entire stay. I would like to appreciate Anurag (Reception Desk) who covers night shift and seems to be the only professional staff. He was really cheerful and calm and knows how to behave with customer but i really would like to point out Dushyant and the other dark guy who wears Tilak on his forehead I do not know his name ruined my entire stay, so yes I really would like to take this up to chain of command to point out why this property not exactly performing and generating revenue. I do not want these 2 getting fired but they do really need a professional training as they both covers morning shift and peak hours. Hence I would like to speak to the owner of the property.

Great location and clean facility
Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance to har ki poudi and bishnu ghat. In the middle of market. Lots of food options at door step. Only one issue as it is middle of the market so 24/7 roadside noise makes sleeping so disturbing. Staffs are very responsive and helpful.
