Pros:

Clean, modern room. Well appointed and comfortable. Great, big bathroom, good AC, outdoor sitting area.

I accidentally booked a fan only room, but they moved me to an AC room immediately upon arrival.

Cons:

Yes, you hear the trains running behind the hotel. But they are infrequent (2-3 per hour at most) and last less than ten seconds to fully pass by. And frankly, the trains are part of the charm of this area, so was no problem for me.

we really liked it here, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

the room was very nice and clean. location was calm and quiet. owners are very helpful and friendly. very good breakfast. laundry service and an airport drop.
