The property was neat and clean . Had all the amenities . Excellent staff all around . Always smiling and willing to help . Decent breakfast and dining options
The location . The property is situated literally next door to the Telangana State CMs residence . There are cops all around . The CMs security restricts free movements of hotel guests . You are subjected to physical frisking by the cops each time you walk into the hotel property

WiFi can be better - it kept dropping and interrupting work calls.
Coffee/tea options can be better. That was the only things that was not up to par.
The room is small but very well equipped and functional.
Bathroom was modern and the bed was comfortable.
The location is very good with high security on the door due to the proximity to a high rank politician.
Breakfast was good, staff was polite and helpful.
There are nice restaurants close to the acomoodation but you need to take rickshaw or taxi.
I found the rate expensive.
Location is good to visit Golcoda Fort but it's not very close to other tourist attractions

Skyla's staff and location were the highlights of our stay. We appreciated the friendly and prompt service, and were in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. The location is also very secure. Our room had a lot of natural light, and we enjoyed having a kitchen. Our room was made up nicely each day.
There were problems with our room and the breakfast was poor. The AC in our room had such a bad smell that we were unable to use it, and this was not fixed despite reporting the problem to the front desk. The springs in the mattress were uncomfortable. We did not enjoy the breakfast spread, but the in-room dining options were much tastier.
