1.The room was not clean.
2. Staff was very rude.
3. Receptionist guys were also not so polite.

Very Bad Experience....
Cons:

Location of this property is Begampet not ameerpet wrongly posted and attracting people....no hot water in bathroom after many complaints after falling sick on 3rd night room changed where there is full night sound of continuous water flow... no complimentary breakfast...had to pay for breakfast....breakfast is ok....totally a very bad experience

Pros:

We checked in after midnight, it was no problem. There was bottle of drinking water in the room, the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The room and everything inside smelled of cigaret smoke, our things smelled too, we left after one night and went to another hotel.
After we left the hotel I found out that somebody (not me!!) filled in my review for this hotel and gave mark 10 - exceptional, I contacted the customer service of booking.com and informed them about this fraudulent behaviour.
