It’s closer to the venue of my event.
The water pressure was not good, and it appears that management did not check the shower to ensure it was functioning properly before the guest’s check-in. When I went to take a shower, no water was coming from the showerhead, so I had to leave the bathroom and contact the front desk to have it checked. The showerhead was promptly replaced, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the water pressure remained poor.
Location and friendly staff
I got bedbug bites on my legs and arms. I don’t feel like the bed is clean as I saw a long strand of black hair when I tried to lay down. We just let it go since we didn’t have any other choice.
Kristine was very helpful when I ask assistance where to rent a car. The guards and staff are very courteous .

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect & i didn’t care about the fact na it’s quite far from matina area since i preferred to take grab to get from point to point. The staff were amazing as well as the security. It’s perfect for solo trips. Did i mention they have free breakfast?
nothing really! it could be quite small lang for 2 people but perfect for 1.

The room smelled bad. Our room did not have any window.
I did like the location.
Below were my dislikes.
NO Telephone in the room to contact directly the front desk or housekeeping for any concerns.
NO Free coffee in the room. (I am not taking breakfast but only coffee in the morning and I was surprise there is no free coffee in your hotel).
The Receptionist also forgot to give me my ID Driver License during check-in and only called to return it back to me when I was already at the taxi on the way to airport and need to return back to the hotel (Any ID presented at check-in SHOULD BE RETURNED OUTRIGHT after verifying the identity of the guest).
