The room smelled bad. Our room did not have any window.
I did like the location.
Below were my dislikes.
NO Telephone in the room to contact directly the front desk or housekeeping for any concerns.
NO Free coffee in the room. (I am not taking breakfast but only coffee in the morning and I was surprise there is no free coffee in your hotel).
The Receptionist also forgot to give me my ID Driver License during check-in and only called to return it back to me when I was already at the taxi on the way to airport and need to return back to the hotel (Any ID presented at check-in SHOULD BE RETURNED OUTRIGHT after verifying the identity of the guest).

Pillows were firm and nice. Rooms were clean and good hot shower. The staff was nice and pleasant to speak with. They are available 24/7. No room service for food though and they only offer a few selection for breakfast and can only be eaten in the common area.
