Very poor room service not even tea/coffee is provided till 8pm. Evening too inhouse restrauntdoes not givev tea and coffee they tell wait for 6pm .dinner too we ordered dal roti even that too was not delivered.
With breakfast room they never gave us complimentary breakfast fast ..
We had ordered from outside.
Except for stay like lodge it cannot be called a hotel.

Cons:

Poor restraunt absolutely nil services.
Not even tea and coffee served when we asked at 7am they say wait till 8am for tea coffee, there are no tea coffee shops in walking distance.
Complimentary Breakfast also not asked ...so poor and disrespectful.
We had to forgo our complimentary breakfast though we paid for 3days.
We ordered on Zomato/Swiggy.
Nil room service es.
No TV news channels..they say only youtube and asked to send room boy to operate they did not send anyone.
Our washroom water flow in hand shower was slow..they didn't get it repaired in 4days stay we had to live with the same status.
Except for spacious room to move freely.. absolutely no basic SERVICES for our issues got atttended.

Restraunt facilities are very poor.
No tea coffee upto 8am, oor even at evening hours no tea coffee. Food preparation not upto expected level.
Just 4/10 for restraunt hence inconvenience in staying in future.

Cons:

Room are big spacious but no services by staff.
Water pipe problem no one attended tv no news channels.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service provided was far from satisfactory, especially considering the high charges.

Firstly, the hotel did not provide complimentary drinking water, which is a basic necessity. When I inquired, I was told it wasn't included—something I find unreasonable given the premium pricing.

The toiletries offered were minimal—a small bar of soap was the only item provided. There was no hand wash, body wash, no toilet paper or other essentials that guests typically expect.

Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like glasses or cups, making the stay even more inconvenient.
