Pros:

Erg mooie locatie op een originele plek. En de familie Roos deed er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. En de wijn (en druivensap voor de kinderen) smaakte heerlijk.

It felt as though this place wasn't really ready to accept guests.
Pros:

Spacious room and breakfast was fine

Cons:

The fact that neither the bar nor the restaurant was open, despite being confirmed as open when booking, meant that, after a 5 hour drive, we then had to get back in the car and drive to a nearby town to find somewhere to eat.

Pros:

Mr. Roos was so welcoming. The room came with complimentary wine made right on the property. Out of all the hotels we have booked this trip, WeinschloBchen was the best. IIbesheim is a small village pop. 600 - very quiet.
Our room came with a small kitchen.

Spacious room with good service.
Pros:

A big, spacious room with a new bathroom and a very good bed. The room is equiped with a kitchen so you could prepare your own meal if you'd like. The surroundings are quiet and the breakfast was rich and good. The owners are very friendly and the service was perfect.

Cons:

We were there at the day the restaurant was closed, so we can't judge the restaurant side. The village is tiny, so you need the car when you want to see things.
