Pros:

O custo benefício é ótimo, principalmente para quem está de passagem ou a trabalho.

Cons:

O hotel estava cheio de material de construção jogado pelos corredores e o atendente da recepção fica sempre fora da recepção e quando está fica fazendo outras coisas e não te dá atenção.

Pros:

Do preço, da disponibilidade de água em filtros, da limpeza, das camas e colchões, limpos e parecendo novos, do ar condicionado, potente e silencioso. Não testei a Internet Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Toalhas de banho com aspecto de velhas (ideal serem brancas), sem sabonete no quarto, sem um ramal para contato com a recepção, cortina sem blackout, gerando muita luz solar às 5h da manhã, falta de um elevador (não sei se tem, pois não vi), poucas opções no café da manhã, mas adequado para o valor cobrado. Prédio ainda em obras. Enfim, é uma hospedagem low cost com muito potencial, mas que precisa ter atenção nos detalhes, que fazem muita diferença.
