Probably a good hotel, but their lack of communication creates confusion for the hotel guests
Pros:

The stay was as it should be. Comfortable and gives a shade for the days we were in Kolkata.

Cons:

The lack of communication is high at this property.
- At check-in, they should say about how the breakfast would be given, which was included in the price. Most travelers find a breakfast buffet in the stay. Since this hotel serves on demand by order, this should have been conveyed, so the hotel guests can prepare their morning schedule accordingly. My parents had to leave without breakfast when they knew very late that they had to order and there was no quick service too, they had to leave for their appointment at the visa office.
- When we conveyed about this experience, the hotel manager said that the Snacks will be provided in the evening as a cover up for the breakfast bad experience, the manager's tone was not even sounding apologetic, rather they were just behaving as the cover up snacks was a freebie given by them. I was mere accepting mistakes can happen, but it would be nice to have a suggestion from us that it could be explained how breakfast is given at the hotel. Even after all this, the hotel staff was not aware of any such promise. So lack of communication is seen between the manager and the hotel staff.

Bathroom gate was broken, bed was not well cleaned,my client said the sofe was not well maintained.
