Pros:

The motel / restaurant property is set in a vast ‘green’ parcel of land with plenty of trees, grass etc. to make it a very )least location. Close to town but in a quiet, seemingly safe area. In site restaurant, bar & pool area was all well maintained, clean & pleasant. Breakfast & dinner meals were excellent. Quick easy check in & friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms are a little ‘tired’ due to age but our experience was that everything was suitable for our needs, clean & suitable for short stays.

The convenience to meals.

Cons:

First night a dog in a neighbours yard wouldn't stop barking. Management moved us. Back packer staff in the restaurant were either excellent or didnt care. I had to ask for a hair-dryer as was told they are stolen too often so they are kept in reception!

Pros:

The rooms are a reasonable size and the beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

the rooms are looking a bit shabby now and are showing their age, could do with a paint and bathroom could be retiled. the bathroom had all the hooks pulled off the wall and door and there was a whole in the back of door. There are not enough pillows in the room so had to bring extra.

Nice secure place in Katherine
Pros:

Room is basic but clean and well maintained. You can park your car in front of your room. Occasionally small cockroaches wander in the night from the bathroom drains so a bit of pest control could be helpful.
The facility has got an on site restaurant and a bar which is good.

Cons:

Bathroom’s need pest control.

Everything was very basic and old, very pricey for what it is. We booked with breakfast, it was very simple and we had to pay extra for coffee.

Good-sized room. Nice and clean. Adequate for our overnight stay.
Buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of options. However, at $28 per person, it was on the expensive side.

One of the nicer places to stay in Katherine.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable, overall quite nice accommodation for Katherine, probably the best we have stayed in. Restaurant was lovely!

Cons:

Shower only had a full shower curtain and the shower head was terrible, could be updated to be more enjoyable. Price for a dated property a bit much but that’s the same as anywhere in Katherine. Little bit of noise from the main road but not much at night time.
