Cons:

sorry to say but pathetic service ... if you have very less ability to hear then you can book and stay here because you cant bear the noice which comes from outside .. and about cleaniness ,i hve to call them thrice then they come to the room for cleaning after half an hour and when i enter the room .. i got dirty and teared towel,no soap in bathroom ... so please atleast check the room before you handover the room to the guest.. thanks!

Disappointing and uncomfortable stay
Cons:

We booked a double bed and got a twin room instead.
The mattresses clearly need replacing as they were both collapsing to one side and we could feel the springs poking out which left marks on our bodies.
The floor was covered in dust, there was no hot water and we didn't sleep a wink due to the mattresses and incredibly loud banging noises from the early hours in the morning.
We asked to change rooms but they said they didn't have any others available... Staff were not very helpful. Disappointing 😔
