It’s ideally located next to the stupa and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants around. The view on the rooftop is amazing and it’s a very quiet place
Wir haben zwei Nächte im Little Buddha Inn in Kathmandu verbracht und hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt! Unser Doppelzimmer war sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und auch das WLAN hat hervorragend funktioniert.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal, das uns bei allen Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob verdient der tolle Service: Da wir bereits um 5 Uhr morgens aufbrechen mussten und das Frühstück deshalb nicht mehr wahrnehmen konnten, wurden wir persönlich verabschiedet und bekamen ein liebevoll zusammengestelltes, sehr leckeres Lunchpaket mit auf den Weg. Diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut und zeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gelegt wird.
Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel jedem, der in Kathmandu übernachtet, wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in der Stadt sind, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

It was really a wonderful stay here and all things were great. The breakfast was very tasty and one of the best things I could enjoy was that I can eat my breakfast with a beautiful view of Boudhanath Stupa. The coffee was organic and delicious as well.
The bed and mattress were soft and comfortable, the hot shower was good, and the WiFi connection was pretty good. The location is also ideal - within about 5 minutes walking distance to Boudha Stupa with numerous restaurants in the nearby-
Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming making me feel comfortable during my stay. Additionally the balcony overlooking the mountains was also great for me. It was such a lovely way to start the day!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Little Buddha Inn. For anybody planning to visit Nepal and in search of a comfortable place with excellent hospitality, a good location and beautiful views, I would recommend this place without any second thoughts. It won't disappoint!😃😃
Excellent séjour, que nous avons d’ailleurs prolongé ! Emplacement idéal, proche du Boudha Stupa tout en étant au calme. Propreté irréprochable, literie très confortable et équipe particulièrement accueillante et serviable. Le rooftop est très agréable pour prendre un café. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
It is close to the Stupa.
It is a very basic facility. The breakfast was very simple, and the bed was just okay (the mattress lacked firmness for my taste). There were two pillows on the bed that weren't great (too soft and flat in my opinion). I asked if they had a firmer or higher pillow, but they didn't.
In some places, you can tell when there is an effort to make the room nicer and a little cozier, even on a tight budget. This place was the opposite; they did the bare minimum. For example, simple things are missing: there is no bedside lamp (neither a convenient power outlet), and all the overhead lights are harsh and bright. Also, there is a minuscule TV, which I didn't even turn on. The AC blows directly onto the bed, which is uncomfortable because the cold air hits right in your face while you sleep.
Overall, I think the place needs much more care and attention to detail to make it comfortable. I'm honestly surprised it has such a high score on Booking.com, which is why I'm leaving what might seem like a harsh review. I really wish I had read a review like this before booking to have a clearer idea. I ended up leaving and moving to another hotel.
Very spacious and almost all good!
The tv is too small and if possible try to upgrade to a bigger ones. The neighbour construction is going on too loud and noisy! The location is very good. Over all we like it. Hopefully we can come here next time very soon. The receptionist girl and boys are very polite and respectful.
Everything was perfect. Rooms are new, bed is very comfortable, hot shower, good breakfast. Highly recommended

The Manger sodeep is amazing person we came for one night and stayed two weeks! Very welcoming and home feeling especially rojina that took care of everything we needed and mad us the most amazing breakfast we thank you very much .
