Did not meet the expectations of a 3 star rated hotel at all. It is more of a motel than a hotel. .
Towels looked old and not fresh.
Room although clean, did not feel fresh, maybe because of the carpet.
Basic things associated with a 3 star hotel were missing. No hand soap, air extractor in bathroom not working, even side bed lights were not working and one did not even have a bulb.
Stains on wall tiles and one of the bed was not comfortable as it felt deformed.
I wonder how the place is classified as a 3 star hotel.
There were no complimentary toiletries except tissues.

The moment we walked in, the security did not even respond to our greetings. The front office lady was very rude. I had to ask her why the money she charged me is not the same as the money on my booking. That is when she realized I had booked two rooms. I had to do two transactions and still argued that I only booked for two people, not three. She didn't even bother to say Let me double-check and confirm, Instead, she said I can't help you. Go fix it with booking.com. She couldn't even swallow her pride and apologize after she realized that she was making a mistake, and I had to contact booking.com. I would not recommend someone with such an attitude to be on the front desk welcoming guests; she can't even direct you to your rooms. Even today I still regret booking with this place.
