Exceptional
Pros:

It's a basic, but very nice hotel. The staff were great - helpful and friendly. Our rooms were right next to each other, spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

Dissapointing
Pros:

Only close distance to the center.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is at very busy area surrounded by residential houses.
The quests should drive around a few times to find a parking slot.
The girl at the reception was absolutely unadequate . At the question "Is that what we get as service for our reservation " the answer was "For that amount of money Yes "
The bathroom was not cleaned at our arrival .
The door at the terrace should not be opened because there was a smoke comming from the chimney downstairs.

Overcharged and dirty
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the fact that it’s close to the main pedestrian street and the park.

Cons:

I’ve booked a triple room with a pull out chair for our son who’s 2.5 years old and had paid the price for a triple (not double) room. Upon arrival we were told that children under 3 years old had to share the bed with their parents and if we wanted to use the pull out chair, we had to pay an additional price for the bed linen. Our bed were actually two beds placed together and there was a distance between them with some spring poking out of them so there was no way the child could’ve slept comfortably with us. Even tough in the property page it said that children under 3 could sleep in an additional bed FOR FREE and children under 14 would have to pay 15 BGN, we had to pay 20 BGN and we didn’t receive any receipt for the additional payment.
Other than that, there was no Wi-Fi working, we had some leftover trash from previous tenants in the room, there wasn’t a lift in the hotel and parking was very difficult in the area.
We wouldn’t be back even though we regularly stay in Sandanski for a night or two.
