Cons:

Hotel should provide breakfast and room service for food. It was very inconvenient as u have to drive for a comprehensive distance for ur breakfast. Hotel should inform on the website that their kitchen is completely closed

Overall, I loved my stay ,the view was phenomenal and the staff were amazing.
Pros:

I really liked the location, price, and especially the staff. The resort has an amazing mountain view and feels very peaceful. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile even late at night. For example, I requested extra blankets due to the cold weather and they delivered them quickly. I also mentioned noise from another room and they handled it professionally.

Cons:

It can get quite cold and there is no heater, although the staff will provide extra blankets if you ask. You can also hear some car noise from the nearby road. The walls are a bit thin, so occasionally you may hear sounds from other rooms, but the staff are helpful if you request assistance.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location - can view the mountain during clear skies, it has its own restaurant and cafe (yummy food and drinks). Nearby down the road there’s a restaurant that offers delicious local food.

Room- we stayed in room 3, it was clean and the balcony had a beautiful view of the sunrise. Toiletries were provided and the soap smells good!
You can hear people walk up the stairs from our room but it wasn’t a big issue.

Lots of plants and flowers to see as you walk up the reception 😍

Cons:

Small issue but
1) our toilet window didn’t shut tightly so cold air comes in when we’re in there in the morning, making the toilet really cold 🥶

2) No slippers provided, luckily I brought my own so I could use it in the cold bathroom 😆

It was an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The view is amazing with pine trees mostly but barely see the mountains 🏔️ (Room 12) . I really enjoyed the serene environment and the cool, fresh air. Thank you for the birthday decoration in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly (front desk lady). Thank you for the recommendations for good restaurants nearby.

We woke up to a beautiful sunrise from the room, though we had to wipe away the condensation on the window caused by the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors.

Cons:

1. As the breakfast area was under renovation, I couldn’t enjoy breakfast at the resort.
2. It would be nice to have indoor slippers provided, as the weather was chilly and the floors were cold.
3. As the hotel is close to Mount Kinabalu, the weather was misty and foggy, quite different from that in Kundasang town. Not to be misled by the conditions, we followed the kind reminder from the hotel staff and headed into Kundasang town to explore despite drizzling and misty at the resort area.

4. Could hear the traffic from the road but it didn’t bother me much.
